Welcome

Military Assault Gear has been outfitting service members, law enforcement, corrections professionals, and outdoor and recreational shooters since 2011. We're a privately owned company based in Southern California, and these Terms & Conditions explain the basic ground rules for shopping with us online. They exist so both of us know what to expect: what you're agreeing to when you place an order, and what you can expect from us in return.

By using this website or placing an order, you're agreeing to these Terms. Please read them before you buy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Delivery Information, form the full agreement between you and Military Assault Gear ("MAG," "we," "us," or "our") for any purchase made through militaryassaultgear.com (the "Site"). If you don't agree with these Terms, please don't use the Site or place an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time (see Section 14 below). The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

2. Who Can Purchase From Us

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order on this Site. By placing an order, you're confirming that you're 18 or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.

Some products we carry are restricted by age, state law, or both (for example, certain knives, less-lethal devices, or firearm-related accessories). It's your responsibility to know and follow the laws that apply to you, including your state and local laws, before ordering. See Section 8 below.

3. Products, Descriptions & Availability

We do our best to describe and photograph every product accurately, but we're a small team working across a large and constantly changing catalog, and occasional errors (a wrong dimension, an outdated photo, a color name that doesn't quite match) can happen. If something you receive doesn't match its listing in a way that matters, contact us and we'll make it right.

Product availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item you ordered turns out to be out of stock, we'll reach out with the option of a full refund or waiting for it to come back in.

We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it's been confirmed, if we reasonably believe there's been a mistake, suspected fraud, or a violation of these Terms.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices on the Site are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (currently PayPal, Google Pay, and major credit and debit cards). Payment is processed securely through our payment providers; MAG does not see or store your full card number.

We stand behind our Low Price Guarantee: if you find an identical item listed for less elsewhere, let us know (with the listing or link) and, once we've confirmed the price and stock, we'll match it. See our About Us page for the current details and time window on this guarantee.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We confirm orders by email once payment is processed and the order is accepted. In view of the nature of our business (much of our inventory ships quickly from vendor and warehouse stock), once an order has been confirmed and is in process, we generally can't cancel or modify it. If you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible after ordering. If your order has already shipped, our standard Return Policy applies instead.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS. Shipping costs, timelines, and our free-shipping threshold are covered in full on our Delivery Information page, which is part of these Terms. Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees, since MAG doesn't control USPS's network once a package leaves our hands.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Our full return policy, including authorization requirements, timelines, and the restocking fee that applies to unwanted returns, is on our Return Policy page, which is part of these Terms. In short: contact us for a return authorization before sending anything back, and hang on to the original packaging and tags until you're sure you're keeping the item.

8. Compliance With Law

MAG sells tactical and outdoor gear, some of which is subject to state and local regulation, including products marketed as "California featureless" for compliance with California's assault weapons laws and similar state-specific rules elsewhere. We make a good-faith effort to flag these restrictions where they apply, but you are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws of your own state, county, and city before ordering. If a product isn't legal to own or ship where you live, please don't order it. MAG is not responsible for legal consequences arising from a customer's decision to order a restricted item into a jurisdiction where it isn't permitted.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and product photography, is owned by Military Assault Gear or our vendors and licensors, and is protected by U.S. copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to browse and share links to our products, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Acceptable Use

Please don't use this Site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, to interfere with the Site's normal operation, or to submit false or fraudulent order or payment information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site for anyone who violates this section.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are sold "as is," using reasonable care in sourcing and description, but without additional warranty beyond what's stated in an individual product's listing or what's provided by the original manufacturer. MAG does not guarantee that a product will be suitable for every specific use a customer has in mind. Some products carry a manufacturer's warranty; where that applies, it's handled directly with the manufacturer unless we say otherwise.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Military Assault Gear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or a product purchased from us, including lost profits or lost time. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. Nothing in this section limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, where that limitation isn't allowed by law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to hold Military Assault Gear harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with your order.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our business changes. When we do, we'll update this page. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your order will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
